Future down payment (everyone's favorite perk)
Every payment made towards a maintenance plan goes towards a down payment on a future system replacement. Cool Right?? You can have your current system taken care of and professionally maintained year after year until it's time to replace. Then, every year that you've already paid for gets deducted off your new system as a down payment! Every system that's every been installed will eventually be replaced, making this a win-win to maintain your current unit and save on the next one!*
10% off all repair parts that aren't under warranty
When we are checking your air conditioner and furnace out, we might find things that need to be addressed in order to keep your system performing correctly. When you're a part of our Cool Neighborhood Program, you get 10% off on those parts to ensure you're system is functioning properly.
Bi-annual maintenance visits
My Cool Neighbor comes to check out your system to prepare for the coming season. In the spring/summer, we check our your air conditioner. We will make sure that when you're ready to turn it on, it's ready to keep your home cool! In the fall/winter, we check out your furnace to make sure your furnace is safe and ready when you are.
A full year supply of filters
A typical home should have filters changed out every two-three months to keep your system running smoothly. There are certain factors that make a home need more frequent changes, including pets in the home, living in an area that has an increased amount of dust/dirt in the air, or if you're renovating any part of your home. It's a good idea to check in on those filters often to ensure they stay clean. My Cool Neighbor offers you up to 6 filters when you sign up to be a part of our Cool Neighborhood Program ($14.97/month) and select the filter add-on for $2.50/month. Contact us for further details!
Priority service
If something should happen to your unit in between your scheduled spring/fall maintenance visits, being a part of our Cool Neighborhood Program allows you to skip to the front of the line!
Restrictions:
-Future down payments only apply to systems on which the maintenance was carried.
-The down payment credit is only applicable from the most recent plan start date. If a plan is started, carried for two years, paused for a year and then restarted, the previous two years will not apply.
-10% discount does not apply to refrigerant, labor or installation projects.
-Filter add-on includes 6 one inch filters, or 3 four inch filters.
-Plans are based on a recurring monthly payment of $14.97 with a filter add-on option of $2.50/month.
Online scheduling tips
The online scheduling feature has many service options to choose from but even so, they can be vague. Please provide as much information as you can to ensure we send the correct tech prepared to do the work needed. There's no such thing as too much detail. After receiving your request, My Cool Neighbor will reach out to confirm your appointment.
