Appliance Installation

It's easy enough to purchase a new countertop microwave and plug it in, but what happens if your new refrigerator needs a water line run? Or you replaced your existing electric stove with a gas range and need the gas line run? My Cool Neighbor is happy to help you get those appliances installed!

Refrigerator & Ice Maker

New appliances are exciting, we definitely get it! There's nothing worse than being excited for a new appliance and not having anyone to install it for you! We are happy to help you get water lines or new electrical run for your refrigerator.

Washer & Dryer

If it's been a while since you paid attention to your washer's water and drain lines, they likely need to be checked out to make sure they're ready for your new units. The same goes for the dryer, whether it's gas or electric. It's a good time to inspect those lines and make sure there are proper and up-to-date safety features like shut off valves and working connections prior to installing your new units.

Dishwasher & Garbage Disposal

Garbage disposals and dishwashers are wonderful additions to any kitchen! If you're installing either one for the first time, there are some critical changes to the plumbing under your sink that need to happen in order for either appliance to function properly and safely. My Cool Neighbor has years of experience making sure that these changes are done properly! If you have an existing garbage disposal or dishwasher, we are also happy to swap the old out for new!

Ranges & Mounted Microwaves

Having properly functioning appliances to create meals for you and your family is vital to any home. If you're in need of a new range or mounted microwave to be installed, give My Cool Neighbor a call! If you're switching from electric to gas or vice-versa, we are happy to help make it happen. We can run new electrical to handle an electric stove, or the gas line for a gas range. My Cool Neighbor can also mount microwaves over the range or into built in cabinet spaces!
