Our Story
Derrick and Jennifer left Kansas City to create a slower-paced life focused on family and community. Derrick brought years of HVAC service experience, while Jennifer took charge of operations and customer care. Together, they built a hands-on business where every customer gets the attention they deserve.
The name “My Cool Neighbor” reflects exactly what we wanted: a brand that feels approachable, trustworthy, local, and memorable. When people invite us into their home, they can be sure we’ll treat it like our own.
